I passed this scene today, if you click to enlarge you will see that the Health and Safety Brigade have been doing something useful; on the lamp post is the safe load of politicians to be hanged at any time on that post. I'm sure two at a time will suffice. Note that they have placed the post close to a wall of varying height, little shortarses like Blears are to be pushed from the higher wall, taller traitors from the lower wall.

The lamp post is placed next to a church, a reminder no doubt that Archbishops should heed the people.

The lowest wall shows blue painted metal stumps, these are the remains of decorative iron railings sacrificed like much else by this nation in WWII to forge weapons of war to prevent this country becoming subject to foreign rule.
