Matt, brilliant as usual.

Matt, a cartoonist who manages to say in one deft drawing what it would take we poor mortals a whole page to write in words.

One of my first clicks when I start up my computer

His characters appear in The Telegraph but usually he depicts the much derided Daily Mail reader, bemused by the way the world is turning out.

Some time in the future.....

wandering through the odd place that is YouTube, I came upon this clip which seems to show a scene some years hence with the American God talking to a future UK leader, George Osborne

spooky really.......

In fairness to the Labour Party, here's a clip about them....

Oddball cat....

Ethnicity... and fishing !

This is part of a form for signing up to the new Angling Trust

At one time Sea Angling was represented by The NFSA, but the government does not like people doing their own thing so they withdrew funding from Sport England to force them into financial crisis and hence to join the government, and no doubt EU, approved Angling Trust.

Now that the government is involved we have a bold new approach.... where one must state 'ethnicity'.......... and what a great choice ! ... but no mention of English of course.

Guess who is not renewing membership this year. When will people learn that the correct response to government interference is "Piss Off ....and mind your own business".

Considering the complete balls-up they have made of our commercial fishing industry it is surely madness to allow them anywhere near recreational sea fishing.
