A search of the registry via Ancestry.com reveals no such person born in England in that quarter of 1968, not in London or any other place.
Sinclaire is not a common name, just one birth is listed in England in that quarter, Neil, in Yorkshire.
There was a Nicola Sinclair ( without the e ) but born in Hampshire, not London.
In a bankruptcy case her name was given thus;
